My Changing Bag Lust List

I’ve been looking for a changing bag for a while now and researching them like there’s no tomorrow. There are so many beautiful changing bags on the market these days and I can’t help but lust over more than one!

We’re looking at a navy pram so all the bags I’ve chosen are to coordinate with navy but as you’ll see from each bag profile they come in other colours too. The leather bags do come with a hefty price tag but in their defence they are the least ‘changing bag’ looking of the bags and will last you well into toddler years and beyond. Plus it’s a great excuse to treat yourself the baby to their first gorgeous bag!

The Lux Bag

What I think: This is by far my favourite bag. The colour is stunning and it’s so sophisticated you’d have no idea it was a changing bag! The PacaPod system is genius and I can see this being a really useful, practical and visually stunning addition.

The Affordable Bag

Silver Cross Changing Bag in Vintage Blue

Silver Cross Bag in Vintage Blue

What I think: Although this one coordinates with the pram we are looking at it feels a bit generic changing bag for me. However for a lower price point it comes with everything you need and it’s perfectly nice looking.

The Dad Bag

Jem + Bea Marlow changing bag in Navy

Jem + Bea ‘Marlow’ in Navy

Price: £79.00
Material: Nylon

What I think: I can totally see Nick using this bag! We’ve yet to have the discussion of whether or not we are sharing a bag or having one each, but even if we’re sharing we’d both be happy toting this one around.

The Colour Pop Bag

Storksak Tote changing bag in pink & orange

Storksak ‘Tote’ in Pink & Orange

Price: £70.00
Material: Water repellent nylon
Weight: 0.5kg
Changing Mat included? Yes
Features: Insulated bottle compartment, detachable shoulder strap, wide opening with zipped top closure, two large internal pockets, one large Velcro pocket, internal zipped pocket, wipe clean linings
Colours: Other colourways available

What I think: I really love this vibrant colourway and I think it would be a nice pop of colour against a navy pram. It looks like a tote bag I already have so it doesn’t scream ‘I’m filled with nappies!’ – perfect for using when you’re without baby. It’s also incredibly light to begin with so a good one for when you don’t want a heavy bag to lug around.

The Backpack

Kerikit Thor changing bag in Navy Leather

KeriKit ‘Thor’ in Navy Leather

Price: £275.00
Material: Pebbled Leather
Weight: 1.50kg
Changing Mat included? Yes
Features: Internal pockets, two internal & two external insulated bottle holders, separate washable and waterproof food bag, adjustable shoulder straps, separate internal compartment, waterproof and wipe clean lining
Colours: Also available in Nude

What I think: *SWOON* – Need I say any more? I struggle with back pain so a backback style bag would probably be better for me. The gold hardwear is gorgeous and it looks nothing like a changing bag, a really gorgeous piece to own and leaves you hands free.

Which of these changing bags is your favourite? Let me know in the comments – or if you have any other changing bags for me to look do let me know!
