I was recently contacted about trying some products from the Nutrition Centre. At first I was a little skeptical about trying out pills and potions, but reading more about how natural everything is, it put my mind at rest. They sent me the BetterYou B12 Boost – Pure Energy Oral Spray* to try out.
This is an energy spray, loaded with Vitamin B12 (great for energy boosting), Chromium and green tea extract. It aims to increase daily energy and concentration levels (perfect as I’m back to studying now!)
You spray this (up to four sprays a day) under your tongue so that the vitamins can get into your bloodstream more quickly, giving you the boost you need. The bottle should last up to 40 days, so good value for the £11.94 price tag.
When I read that it was natural apricot flavour, I was hesitant that it may be too strong, and although it is sweet, it reminds me of Peach Heart sweets! It’s also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
I‘ve tried the spray a few times now, and I have noticed a boost of energy. I tend to feel a little sluggish in the afternoons (particularly after a heavy night out) and I do think this has given me the boost to get through.
The Nutrition Centre is a website where you can pick up everything you need for your natural health and wellbeing. They have recently launched a new website, which is much easier to navigate, allowing you to search by condition (cold and flu etc) or by ingredient.
To celebrate 40 years of trading the Nutrition Centre are running a series of promotions, and special offers which can be found on the website.
If you fancy a boost of energy, you can purchase the spray here.
At the moment the Nutrition Centre are also holding a Pinterest competition where you can win a Nutrition Centre hampers worth over £300. Here are all the details on how to enter. Good luck!
As with taking any new vitamins, it’s advisable to contact your GP to see if they are suitable for you.
