Pinned It! Made It! Sunglasses Giveaway

Last week at the Company Style Blogger Awards I was introduced to the wonderful craft group, Pinned It! Made It! Run by friends Plum and Sarah, they organise monthly parties to help you re-create ideas you may have seen on Pinterest.

The parties are mainly aimed at those who want to be crafty but never get around to it because of time constraints or lack of crafting supplies. That’s why the Pinned It! Made It! parties are so handy, everything is supplied for you, leaving you stress free to create a masterpiece!

You simply email them to buy your ticket (which includes snacks, cocktails and all supplies) and head on down to one of their monthly parties in London. Once all the crafty items are made, the tutorials are posted onto the Pinned It! Made It! Pinterest board meaning you can refer back or even pass on the craftyness to your friends.

Pinned It! Made It! hold parties to create all sorts of things, and it just so happened that at the Company Style Blogger Awards they brought along some sunglasses and plently of crafty bits to boot. Once I’d made my own pair of sunglasses, I realised they would make the cutest giveaway, so I asked Plum if I could very cheekily DIY another pair to giveaway to my lovely readers and followers, and luckily she said yes!

So here they are!

I went with the cateye style sunglasses and kept the decoration simple with a couple of gold studs and a teeny diamante stud on the side. Some of the girls on the night went for some wacky and down right inventive creations, but I wanted to keep things a little more stripped back and simple. You can see all the creations from the night on the Pinned It! Made It! Facebook page.

Please bare in mind that these are DIY made by my own fair (slightly shaky) hands. This means they aren’t perfect like the ones you’d buy in a shop, but they are gorgeous non the less and they were made at an exclusive invite only event don’t you know?!
