In my usual fashion I declared that there was nothing I needed to buy before we go away. So off to town we went, to post a parcel, grab a mascara and NOT BUY ANYTHING ELSE. Oops.
First was Lush. I’ve been hearing fabulous things about their shampoo bars and wanted to know what all the fuss is about, so I got my hands on Squeeky Green. It has Nettles, Rosemary, and Peppermint in it and it smells divine! I can’t wait to try it out.

I love these shorts. The pattern makes them look Zara-esque and yet they were only £10! Perfect for holiday time!

This slouchy jumper (£10) will be what I travel in. I’ve been doing long haul flights most my life and not only do I want to be comfy, I want to be warm too, planes make me cold and grumpy! This’ll be great with a tank top underneath for when we arrive in the sunny States, but will keep me cosy on the flight.

I have no excuses for why I bought these, apart from the fact they are pretty. There, I’ll admit it! These were £12.

I think this is meant to be a wash bag/makeup bag but it will be great as a clutch. I couldn’t leave it behind as it reminded me of the MCQ Alexander McQueen clutch I blogged about here. Plus it was only £4. Ok I’m creating excuses again….

My last item from Primark is this little sundress, a steal at £13! The floral pattern is really delicate & pretty and it’ll look cute with some wedges and the laser cut clutch to add a pop of colour!

Finally the draw of the 3 for 2 on all things nails was just too much. I caved in and bought the Nail Art Pen in black (£4.99), a Gelly polish in Papaya (£3.99) and a Confetti polish in Sour Apple (£3.99)

The Papaya polish is going to look fab with a tan!
